Dear Members and Friends,
I hope this newsletter finds you all doing well and being safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. I know we all are feeling the strain of added regulations and mandates, but we need to remember we are all in this together.
As we all are facing new challenges and helping our businesses, companies, and organizations navigate through these ever changing times it is important to keep everyone safe and practicing social distancing, using masks, washing hands and staying aware of the ever change workplace. We need to remember to stay positive and help each other through these times. Let us be the positive influence in our organizations, businesses, and communities to help everyone move through these changing times and be the voice of understanding and assistance.
We had a great webinar on Thursday, July 9th that was presented by Griffin Allen on High Performance Teams. During the webinar we learned that low performing teams have a greater appeal do to the fact there is less pressure and less operation expenses. However, the tradeoff is less ability to change, not staying ahead of the competition and just getting by. Where High Performing Teams have a greater loyalty to their employees and the employees to their company, high value, strong culture, slower ROI and have a robust talent management. High Performing Teams is the way to go!
